WICS Distribution and Transport is a flexible TMS (Transport Management System) with which all processes can be setup based on different types of dossiers, clusters and routes. WICS makes it possible to plan and invoice almost every type of transport, independent of the criteria type. By using user parameters throughout the whole package, which can be filled in from the users point of view, WICS TMS makes it possible to setup the package in the most optimal way according to the contractors requirements.
The flexible setup distribution processes are a strong feature of the package. They make it possible to plan a single order more than once.
These processes can also be set up by the contractors own administration, so it becomes possible to automate subsequent processes using delivery status.
For example: A consignment with status "refused" asks the client desk to contact the customer. Status consignment, not delivered, pick up address not accessible, sets the consignment up for a second delivery.
Depending on the agreements made with the loader, processes can be defined in the same way for statuses such as manco or damaged.
