Vacancy: Commercial Employee Inside Service – Werkendam
We are immediately looking for an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our team.
Will you join our team?
You like (potential) customer contact and the combination of marketing & sales. In short: everything that has to do with (new) customers! From providing the right content on the website for a lead to drawing up the agreement for a new customer. As an Inside Sales Representative at WICS you will find your way within all commercial aspects. You ensure the follow-up of prospects and you process all sales / commercial administration.
You have a varied range of tasks as an Inside Sales Representative. Has a potential customer placed an application via the website? Then you process this in the system and contact us. Thanks to your commercial and targeted approach, you make customers enthusiastic about WICS and the Warehouse Management Systems. In addition to the first contact, you prepare quotations, process the data in the system and keep in touch with existing customers for possible extensions. You are very precise in this.
You also contribute to the creation of marketing material, texts for the website and you can work with Google Analytics and Google Adwords. You are given the space to give your own interpretation to this. In the role of Commercial Employee Inside Service, you are busy every day with enthusing customers and prospects!
What are you going to do?
- You take care of the administrative processing of leads / prospects.
- You answer incoming phone calls and answer emails with questions about WICS with a commercial eye.
- You prepare quotations and ensure that they are followed up.
- You process customer data in our system.
What are we looking for in you?
- You have HBO work and thinking level.
- You have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- You are administratively strong, very punctual and have an eye for detail.
- You have broad knowledge of the Office package.
- You have knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Adwords.
- You are flexible and can easily switch between various activities.
